Why Henderson vents fill up faster
Most of Henderson went up in the last thirty years, and a lot of those floor plans put the laundry room upstairs. That means a longer duct with more turns in it, often finishing at a roof cap rather than a wall hood, and both of those trap lint that a short ground-floor run would have pushed straight out.
The practical result is that the same household gets a restriction sooner here than it would in an older single-story house. If your dryer is on the second floor, once a year is the floor and not the ceiling.
Roof vents, and why they cost other people extra
A roof cap has to be cleaned from the roof. That means a ladder, someone who is comfortable up there, and brushing down a run that can be twenty-five feet of vertical while a vacuum holds suction at the dryer end.

A townhome or an attached unit vents through a wall it shares, and the run is often longer than it looks from inside the laundry room. Some associations also have their own rules about roof access and about who is allowed up there.

Air duct cleaning in Henderson
Same visit, separate job. Newer construction is the case where it genuinely earns its money, because ducts sit open on a job site for weeks and a remodel with the system running puts drywall dust through the whole house.

We pull the dryer out, take the transition hose off and clean it separately, run a rotating brush the full length of the duct with a vacuum at the source, then check the cap or hood opens properly. Airflow gets measured before and after.
